This apartment building in Rhodes turned two of their visitor car parking spaces into dedicated EV charging bays. These are accessible by both resident’s and visitors.
Before installing the charging stations, we assessed how much power the building had available on the main switchboard. They had an ample supply of power so we installed three phase charging stations. This means that users would get approximately 120km of range her hour of charging.
Resident’s and visitors can charge by simply scanning the QR code and downloading the Exploren app. They can then start their charging session and are billed directly to their chosen payment method. The owners corporation is then reimbursed on a regular basis.
In the Exploren billing dashboard the building manger can update the tariff charged for charging as well as view the status of both charging stations.
Installed intelligent power sockets in outdoor car spaces, enabling flexible EV charging without limiting use for other residents.
Delivered full backbone infrastructure, future-proofing the building and enabling all 180 residents to install their own EV chargers.
